Job Description
Analyzes and apply the customer requirement and business process in the ERP system to add value to the overall business cycle.
• Gather Customers’ requirements
• Analyze customers’ needs and business processes in order to map them properly to the ERP platform.
• Document customers’ requirements in a proper business requirement documentation including the needed workflow and process diagrams.
• Conduct the needed gap analysis and come up with simple and efficient business solutions and recommendation.
• Segregate the business requirements into will go directly into implementation and development requirement.
• Prepare business and functional documents for the development requirement.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and obtain the customer buy-in and product team approval for the plan and delivery dates.
• Customize and configure the ERP platform and apply the needed integrate with other legacy systems.
• Reflect the customer Product Catalog in the system.
• Accurately reflect the accounting and inventory cycle in the related modules.
• Map the collected business process to the ERP platform.
• Design the required KPI’s, dashboard and reports in the system.
• Apply full implementation test and obtain official customer UAT.
• Ensure timely execution for the implementation project plan and proactively address any potential delays.
• Provide the Sales team with periodic progress reports, immediate alerts for implementation risk and apply the proper escalation when needed to the management.
• Design a complete training and illustrative materials.
• Agree with the customer on the training schedules and content.
• Train the customer employees on the best practice to use the ERP platform and different business scenarios.
• Follow up periodically with the customer for three months after the implementation and proactively address any customer concern..
