_ Find solutions for end user
_ Achieve the specifications detailing, user needs and outlining proposed technical solutions
_ Contribute to project studies to provide technical architect vision
_ Support the development and implementation of future software
_ Conduct tests to detect errors (bugs) and nonconformities
_ Being responsible for support and product development
_ Write documentations
