•تلقي أوردرات العملاء بشكل صحيح حسب قواعد العمل وتحويل الأوردر للفرع الأقرب للعميل.
•مراجعة بيانات العميل بكل دقة من حيث الإسم والتليفون والعنوان وطريقة الدفع سواء كانت نقدا أو عن طريق ماكينة الدفع الائتمانى.
•عرض أصناف البرموشن ومختلف الخدمات المتوفرة بالشركة على العملاء أثناء تلقى الطلب.
•مراجعة الطلب مع العميل في نهاية المكالمة للتأكد من دقة الطلب ولإمكانية إضافة أي منتج مع التأكد من سلامة أدوات العمل الخاصة به قبل إستلامه للعمل.
•مراجعة المنتجات الغير متوفرة بالفروع لتفادى أخذها بالأوردرات وتحديد بديل مناسب مع العميل.
•متابعة تأخيرات الأوردرات بالفروع بالتنسيق مع مشرف الكول سنتر للتواصل مع الفروع

By 1960, Spinneys grew into a regional chain and succeeded in opening additional retail outlets in Palestine and Jordan as well as supplying food for oil exploration teams across the Gulf region
