- الإستقبال الجيد للعملاء وتلبية طلباتهم
- استقبال طلبات الزبائن وتسجيلها على الكاشير
- تبيلغ المشرف إذا كان هناك زبون لايمكن خدمته كما هو مقرر
- نقل أي ملاحظات أو مقترجات من الزبائن إلى مدير
