_ 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position
_ Experience in production and manufacturing
_cost control is preferred
_Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
_Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
_Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
_Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
_Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
_Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
_Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
_Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
_Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
_Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
_Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
_Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
_Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
