Job Description
-Retail experience is preferable
_Coordinate vacation & day off and follows up
_monitor attendance report and sends to HR department for Cost control team (Chef, Assistant, and Clerk, store keeper, store men& drivers).
_ Plan the standards and specification of the F& B merchandise in conjunction with the F& B Manager, Executive Chef, Purchasing agent and Chief Accountant.
_Devises and installs improvements in the F& B control systems and procedures deemed necessary to ensure and effective F& B control.
_Prepares the F&B Daily Flash Report
_Prepares the Cost of Dishes in all Outlets.
_Prepares the Transactions between Productions (Butcher) and Store and check of the Yield Loss percentages as per policy stipulated by the management.
_Checks and Posts all receiving record for all merchandises received and makes Report For Comparison Price
_Coordinates with the executive chef for the periodic food inventories in the kitchens and slow moving items.
_Coordinates with the HR Department in Statistics for Permanent Employees and trainees to Prepare Staff Meals Summary Report
_Prepares the Administration Supply Report
_Makes Summary of General Expenses , Journal Voucher and Store Reconciliation
_Distributes and allocates all expenses related to chiller plant & GM office on a monthly basis.
_Prepares the income tax monthly report in order to prepare the payment to tax authorization.
_Prepares the yearly income tax settlement for all employees.
_Enters all data related to withholding tax on Wetax system.
_Prepares the sales tax & withholding tax declarations .
_Prepares the withholding tax letter & certifications to suppliers.
_Participates in preparing the yearly budget for the company.

• EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
