Job Description
• Receiving customer inquiries regarding prices, availability, orders status, pending deliveries and samples request (through telephone, emails, faxes) and furnishing data required to the concerned customers.
• Preparing customers quotations, getting prices from publishers , make analysis for publishers’ totals and sending for review from Account department.
• Preparing covering letters and technical letters for tenders
• Holding files for tenders submitted
