Job Description
Receives and registers Client provided documents in addition to checking and approving documents before they are filed and liaising with internal and external agencies to ensure that documents contain correct and understandable information regarding their categorization .
Controls issuance of document numbers.
Ensures proper document classification, sorting& filing.
Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittal.
Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
Collects, maintains and distributes all documents.
Develops and maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center.
Collects and maintains files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.
Distributes latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensures that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
Maintains a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
Manages company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.
Stores, manages and tracks company documents.
Scans, organizes and maintains documents, adheres to the company's document life cycle procedures.
Performs administrative tasks as needed.

carpets or Home appliances , textiles sales experience is a must
Minimum 2 year of experience in carpet , home appliances retail & sales filed.
UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR DEGREE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OFFICE EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN retail field.
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS ON THE SAME TIME.
HIGH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH COMPUTER (EXCEL, OFFICE, AND OUTLOOK )
EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
