Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.
Manage and track company documents.
They archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
Control the retrieval of documents.
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ Experience.
Very good in typing and knowledge in computer (MS Office, Excel, Access, Power presented).
Well organized and very good business writing.
