Job Description
Review and approve the coordination of the schedule and interviews of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and indicate what was postponed with the reasons for the postponement
Review the letters and correspondence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors before presenting them or directing them to others.
Review the receipt of the mail, fax and incoming e-mails and catalog these documents before presenting them to the Chairman of the Board.
Review the preparation of meetings and attend all meetings and meetings to which the Chairman of the Board is a party.
Ensure that all office equipment is available in the office of the Chairman of the Board.
Invitations to participants in meetings called by the Chairman of the Board
