Job Description
Food & Beverage experience is a must
-Inserts& updates the function sheet .
-Prepares the guest comment cards.
-Updates the menus and set menus.
-Prepares the data entry sheet for Micros.
-Follows up the maintenance issues.
-Records the F&B department attendance, vacations, public holidays and inserts them on system.
-Participates in F&B Performance Appraisal data entry .
-Updates all the F&B maintenance contracts.
-Arranges the guest offers, function sheet, contracts and event forms.
-Prepares the minutes of meeting.
-Updates the F&B department manpower.
-Makes the daily follow up for F&B issues.
-Types all the F&B departments’ letters & contracts.
-Follows up the sending and receiving billing, applications, etc….)
-Prepares line build and beverage recipes cards.
-Prepares the monthly F&B Report.

-UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR DEGREE PREFERABLY IN THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FIELD.
-MINIMUM 5-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE FIELD AND F&B EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET.
-ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS ON THE SAME TIME.
-HIGH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
-EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH COMPUTER (EXCEL, OFFICE, AND OUTLOOK )
-EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
-EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
-ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
-KEEPING CONFIDENTIALITY.
12% is added to the salary
