Plans finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters in addition to Deciding the type of crops to be planted, its quality, quantity, and mode of harvest, preparing detailed plans regarding its planting and harvesting schedules, and collaborating with farm operators for carrying out these activities.
Undertakes practical activities, such as driving tractors, operating machinery, feeding livestock or spraying fields.
Monitoring the entire production activities, making sure that the actual production is in accordance with production goals set and identifying and correcting the field production issue if the actual production is not in accordance with production goals
Markets the farm's products.
Buys supplies, such as fertilizer and seeds
Plans activities for casual staff, mentoring and monitoring them
Maintains and monitors the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops
Understands the implications of the weather and makes contingency plans
Makes sure products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
Ensures current government regulations concerning farm activities are complied
Ensures that farm activities comply with government regulations
Maintains a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them
Applies health and safety standards across the farm estate
Protects the environment and maintaining biodiversity
keeps financial records up to date.
Responsible for managing all stock associated with the farm business to the highest level
Gives attention to seasonal stocking .

Technical Skills :-
Agricultural & harvesting experience is a must
Minimum 7 years of experience in agricultural filed.
Bachelor degree in agricultural engineering
High leadership skills.
High level of accuracy .
