Job Description
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participates in compensation management, semi-annual incentive compensation payment .Provides financial and analytical support for the incentive compensation accounting and forecasting processes.
-Responds to ad-hoc projects related to incentive compensation program.
- Assists with the new business process and working with Finance and Business Managers.
- Researches and resolve Business Units inquiries for assigned functional areas.
- Investigates and reports to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.
- Analyses data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.
- Prepares financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
- Supports Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A) business unit analysts by being the first point of contact for issues and questions.
- Describes an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to
