Maintains control over income, expenses and assets of the company policies and procedures, assists the management in implementing the company rules and supervising the operational standards as well as company rules and regulations, maintains the Compliance of the financial guidelines in the form of financial statements, budgets, forecasts and special order to serve management tools.
Coordinates projects and prepare with management budget, forecasts, profit programming, projects and cost analyses contributing towards a more profitable operation.
Supervises the maintenance of all accounting procedures and controls in compliance with the company policy and procedures as well as local requirements.
Makes all studies/reports required by the CEO and Group Chief Financial Officer.
Works with all departments and keeps them informed of their finance situation.
Trains, supervises, evaluates and upgrades accounts department employees.
Checks, supervises and controls all purchases, disbursements, payroll and expense of the company.
Supervises and spots checks all stocks taken of inventories and fixed assets.
Supervises the Income Auditor in minimizing overdue balances, uncollected guests and city ledgers.
Follows up on cash flow and bank reconciliation.
Maintains and improves the profitability of the Company through strict revenue and cost control procedures as well as safeguarding of Company assets.
Coordinates preparation and maintains of company financial budget.
Prepares all monthly/Quarterly and Annual financial statement.
Prepares the monthly budget reports with the needs clarifications / recommendations.
Manages the authorization security levels for the Accounting Package.
Designs ,updates the Chart of Accounts.
Reviews all the banks/cash request of payment
Technical Skills :-
Hospitality , hotels experience is a must
Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Controlling filed.
High leadership skills.
High level of accuracy .
Financial taxation experience.
Compliance experience .
Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH COMPUTER (EXCEL, OFFICE, AND OUTLOOK AND HITS SYSTEM )
EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
