Job Description
o Dealing with suppliers in several countries
o Communicating internally with sales departments and understanding their demands
o Creating shipments settlements and pulling out the corrective actions that could be taken.
o Handling the shipping requests with shipping lines or forwarders.
o Having experience working on Nafeza portal
o Studying how to minimize costs by analyzing data, Is an integral part of the job
o Putting the primary budget for each shipment
o Studying how to minimize costs by analyzing data. Is an integral part of the job Putting the primary budget for each shipment.
o Following up on the financial statements for each shipment with accounting.
o Following up with brokers around customs procedures.
o Studying how to minimize costs by analyzing data. Is an integral part of the job.
o Studying new products and communicating with suppliers to understand the products.
o Responsible for purchasing company products (packaging machinery and materials)
o Communicating internally with sales departments and understanding their demands
o Processing requests and managing shipment processes.
o Producing price quotations for the sales team according to the pricing system.
o Meeting up with suppliers locally and abroad if needed.
o Data Analysis and report generation are an integral part of the job. Job Requirements:
o Ability to travel abroad is a plus
o Experience working with European market
o Bachelor degree in business administration or related
