The Network Manager will be responsible of the following functions: 1. Create test cases for the network function and execute these test cases on the software solution .
2. Participate in the hiring of the junior staff in the network departments .3. Creating the national, regional and international network of important and necessary providers covering all specialties in a geographically .4. Signing the contracts with the medical network. 5. Training all the contracted healthcare providers (HCPs) and familiarize . 6. Running continuous evaluation of any new, prospective and existing medical .7. Performing continuous maintenance and awareness of our contracted HCPs. 8. Performing field visits and follow up on selected admitted cases,. 9. Supervising, controlling, following up with and solving any problems 10. Continuously report on all network activities in terms of claims, terminations, and feedback .11. Handling and reporting any negative feedback from clients
11. Providing medical support for clients when needed.
12. Handling selected VIP/Red Carpet cases.
13. Regularly communicating with HCP contact persons for follow up
14.Continuously meeting with clients’ contact persons.
Qualifications: 1. Physician. 2. Experience: Network Manager in insurance or third-party administration (TPA).
: Pharmaceutical companies (network). : 7-10 years. : GP or emergency doctor. : Experience in a management role .3. Exceptional organizational & communication skills.

Permanent Position Location: Aden, Yemen
In Egypt: net salary range 15000 LE / month.
In Yemen: net salary range USD 2000 : 2500 / month. +Transportation& Accommodation + all benefits.
