Job Description
Hospitality , floating boats and retail & food industries experience is a must
Coordinates with the HR Supervisors in order to plan, develop and monitor the HR strategy including the HR mission, vision, goals and action plans, and ensure that the strategy complies with the Company's overall business strategy.- Develops and maintains marketing strategies that meets organizational objectives as well as evaluating marketing conditions, competitors and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Monitors the successful execution of all the HR objectives.
Follows up the implementation of the HR required standards of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost.
Reviews and co-approves the HR policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to be in accordance with the business needs and addressed instances of non-adherence to these policies and procedures.
Reviews and approves the overall HR budget (after having the appropriate approval from the top Management) and manages expenditures in order to operate within the approved budget guidelines.
Approves the allocation of the overall HR Budget to different HR sections based on the requirements of each section and tasks priorities.
Acts as key advisor and supervisor for the HR Supervisors regarding planning, budgeting, policies & procedures and quality assurance.
Oversees the communication plans between the HR department and other departments in order to ensure the interaction and communication between the HR, employees and management.
Oversees the consistent and fair execution of the Performance Appraisal system among the company employees.
Ensures the appropriate and fair execution of the Performance Appraisal among the Human Resources Department.
Conducts monthly progress meetings with the HR employees to discuss progress and status and identify issues, obstacles and potential risks related to each department.
Liaises with other Departmental Heads

Experience with the country labor law , social insurance and taxation law.
