- operate Plants and associated equipment, serve as a system operator and to perform maintenance work.
- Follow up operation status for each machine (A/C split, AHU, FCU, HOODS, and Fans).
- Responses to Phone calls & Maintenance Work orders,
- Observes any abnormal machine status (vibration, noise) and acts accordingly.
- Responds to normal problems with AHU Drives like alerts and repeated alarms.
- Attends in plant Room to respond for any Maintenance Order.
- Changes operating parameters according to Area requirements (BMS).
- Follows up the authorized subcontractors during their routine and non-routine visits.
- Carries out the regular maintenance tasks on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual basis including the following tasks:
- Lubricate bearings
- checkup vibration & noise
- check belts tension, Replace if need
- adjust water level
- temperature measurements
- Adjust Drain Lines and replace if needed
- Clean coils & Equipment parts

Floating Boats experience is a must
• Technical institute in HVAC
• Experience with operations procedures, policies and documentation.
• Problem solver.
