Job Description
1- Will be responsible for running projects from concept to completion at ALL levels of design.
2- Responsible for the project’s design program, by using their in-depth knowledge of design timelines.
3- Understanding the brief & vision for the project & implementing it into the concept design.
4- Understanding the contractual obligations between the designer, contractor and the client.
5- Producing high end professional client presentation boards and booklets.
6- Leading all design site visits and meetings with contractors, consultants and clients.
7- Compiling and promptly issuing meeting minutes
8- Supporting the general well-being of the team and its productivity.
9- Professional experience using 3d Max, Revit and AutoCAD is required.
