Job Description
Technical skills
• B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study
• 1-2 years experience in application administration and IT domain
• Strong Experience in installation, upgrades& migrations
• Basic knowledge of sql scripts
• Knowledge of Linux administration is a plus
• Troubleshooting & Reporting skills is a must
Personal skills:
• Strong Conversational English skill both oral and written
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Team Player
Job Duties
• Perform support for office development and testing environments
• Support development team in administration issues
• perform application installation at customer premises
• Review customer issues, improve issue description.
• Escalate support issues to development team if development fix is required.
