Job Description
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and support Windows clients and servers
• Install, modify, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software.
• Responsible to all IT Infrastructure as well as troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnose, repair, installation of new Local Area Network (LAN), back-up files and document in and out computer, printer and scanner.
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Manage Cameras' system CCTV , Fingerprint
