Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide in-person and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
System Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and stability.
User Assistance: Respond to user inquiries, offering guidance on IT systems and tools.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies
Documentation and Collaboration: Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base or ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, providing technical support.
Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new employees, setting up workstations, accounts, and access privileges.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT support capabilities.
