Job Description
Install and configure computers, Hard wares ,Systems, Networks,Printers,ETC.
Support Staff either face to face , over the phone or remotely for solving problems.
Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardwares & Softwares faults.
Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required.
Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Setup new users account and profiles.
Responding in a timely manner to services, issues and requests.
