• Issuing shipping documents and final documents.
• Executing L/C terms and conditions and examining documents.
• Coordinating between Logistics department, Lab and Warehouse to achieve shipping plans.
• Communicating and arranging with insurance companies in order to prepare insurance policies.
• Following up and coordinating with financial department and forwarders for receiving documents related to export subsidy.
• Preparing paying out request for freight invoices and insurance.
• Updating the logistics database and sending report to Logistics Manager.
• Follow up the temporary release database for imported materials according to the instructions of the Logistics Manager.
