About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance & Technical Support Engineer to handle installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sorting systems and industrial machinery. This is a hands-on role requiring travel to client sites and close collaboration with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and maintain sorting systems and machinery for clients.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and ensure optimal performance.
Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports.
Travel to client locations for installation and technical support.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Conduct performance improvement studies for machinery and systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical).
At least 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance or technical support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical report writing.
Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt.
Resides in Cairo or Giza.
Age must not exceed 35 years.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
