Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Manager:
Club/Community Marketing & Advertising
Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders,
Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Membership teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency (when applicable) on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.
Executes email marketing, website updates and display advertising.
Executes all advertising for the club/community in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.

Job Skills
 Educated to degree level in English, media studies, marketing, communications studies,
journalism or an equivalent specialism
 Strong marketing experience
 Proven success in writing professional web and marketing copy, with the ability to produce
compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and
readability
 Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
 Creative thinker with proven campaign experience
 Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to
present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing
 Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly – and
distil the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content
and creation ideas
 Blogging experience within the digital sector
 Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook and Twitter
