- Designs, implements and facilitates annual business Public Relations plan for the Company.
- Develops and maintains marketing strategies that meets organizational objectives as well as evaluating marketing conditions, competitors and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
- Follows up on potential clients approached by Sales.
- Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing strategy.
- Formulates, directs and coordinates marketing activities.
- Responsible for monitoring the Marketing budget and delivery of marketing activities according to the agreed upon budget.
- Achieves frequent timely and positive media coverage for events taking place in the boats.
- Manages all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
- Manages and analyses the productivity of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Establishes yearly sponsorship budget as well as addressing potential sponsors for the boats.
- Prepares a yearly sponsors budget for any kind of sponsorship
- Enhances sales

Technical Skills :-
Hospitality , floating boats and retail experience is a must
• Minimum 7 years of experience in PR & Marketing fields.
• High managerial skills.
• High leadership skills.
• Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
• High command of strategic thinking.
• UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERABLY IN MASS COMMUNICATION
• ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
• STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS IN THE FIELD OF EVENT MANAGEMENT
• STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILLS.
