Exhibitions and events comparison, selection, analysis and preparation arrangements, to serve Export and local sales starting from investigations, location selection, dealing with organizer, booth design & decoration, shipment preparation (Samples, membrane rolls, Printing Materials, Marketing Tools, giveaways) and follow up until delivery to exhibition stand. 2. Comparing & proposing major construction Exhibitions to assist Export plans to expand in certain markets. 3. Follow up the governmental refund for external Exhibitions participation by preparing and collecting all required documents and delivering it to the government side and follow up refund collection. 4. Arrangement for holding local seminars and participation in universities exhibitions through supervision and supply of booth banners, Marketing tools, Samples and printing Materials. 5. Collecting data and reports from External governmental bodies and the Egyptian Export Council. 6. Responsible for design and artwork related to manufacture, 7. Design & follow up of receiving all marketing tools. 8. Follow-up on maintaining adequate stock of Samples, Brochures & other marketing tools. 9. Design and Follow-up on printing of Companys Brochures, Catalogues, Technical data sheets and sample cards till received in the stock. 10. Follow up on Distributors Promotional Requirements. 11. Responsible for Samples preparation and delivering serving Local and Export Dept. from Cairo and Alex. 12. Corporate website updating and administrating. 13. Digital marketing activity and social media administration ( Facebook page and Linked In page), follow up on inquiries received, via facebook-messenger, by directing it to the relevant sales responsible. 16. Annual company New Year giveaways
