We are looking for a MEP Estimator to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for MEP systems in construction projects.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from drawings
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with engineering and project teams
Analyze materials, labor, and subcontractor costs
Support tendering and bidding processes


Proficiency in:

AutoCAD
Excel
Revit MEP (preferred)
Good communication and analytical skills
