Job Description
_Must graduated from Arts - English or AUC or Translation
_Schedule meetings and appointments
_Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
_Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
_Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
_Organize office operations and procedures
_Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
_Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
_Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
_Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
_Provide general support to visitors
_Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
_Plan in-house or off-site activities
