Job Description
Job Daily Duties
 Follow up with cleaners according to areas and banks they responsible to
 Check quality of Atms cleaned and check uploaded photos according to areas and banks they
responsible to  Answer phone call from cleaners and organise their requirements that help in cleaning
process  Handle any problem faces from cleaners or bank and try to solve it as soon as possible  Done the monthly report for each bank
 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies
 Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
 Assist colleagues whenever necessary
