Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Quality Control & Planning Engineer to oversee both quality assurance processes and project planning activities. This role requires a dual focus on ensuring product/service compliance with quality standards and optimizing project timelines, resources, and workflows.

• Conduct experiments using full/fractional techniques to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Perform inspections, tests, and audits at various production stages to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics; prepare daily QC reports with actionable recommendations.
• Resolve non-conforming components promptly and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and strategies to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to align workflows and priorities.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to mitigate risks and delays.
• Generate progress reports and present updates to stakeholders, highlighting deviations and solutions.

Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Age: ≤ 35
• Language: Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken)
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting
