Job Description
_Experienced in Recruitment Agencies
_Receive, revise and audit reporting sheets related to time distribution from employees to log in computerized system.
_Prepare payroll checks and verify alongside master listing of employee records as well as approved actions.
_Ensure to distribute pay checks to all organizational employees.
_Consult with supervisory staff and director as to apt personnel actions related to employees.
_Ensure to complete correspondence and required documents for respective employee actions.
_Initiate staff action requests as per policy for submittal across automated network for apt action.
_Develop monthly benefit payments as per payroll deductions.
_Adapt to benefit billings plus payments and reconcile differences on basis of apt review and auditing.
_Support to prepare agency budget utilizing personnel and payroll information.
_Prepare arrangement for apt newspaper advertisements and schedule examinations.
_Respond to questions from applicants pertinent to selection and recruitment activities.
_Develop suitable payroll and varied reports like equal employment opportunity, worker’s compensation, unemployment insurance plus special reports defined by administrator.
_Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefit records, employment history records and existing employment status.

• General knowledge of the laws, statutes and regulations pertaining to employee
recruitment, hiring, discharge, record keeping, training, insurance, and retirement.
• Skill in maintaining public and confidential records according to statutory
requirements.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare comprehensive reports on all matters related
to personnel administration.
• Proficient with office equipment and technology and the ability to master new
technologies.
• Ability to type and enter data with speed and accuracy.
