Analyze requirements and place purchase orders.
Follow up on the short-term plans that will be the reference of the Monthly S&OP.
Communicate with the Sales in order to fulfill Sales weekly demand.
Coordinates any changes & updates requirements for the Sales Demand.
Communicate with purchasing department to insure the necessary materials to meet the production plan.
Co-ordinate and maintain adequate stock levels to ensure sales requirements are delivered.
Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory.
Record production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, or planning control measures.
Record inventory data, including inventory shortages, excess inventory and end-of-life materials.
Daily monitoring of production output versus stock levels, Customer demand and production schedules.
Following up on Production Compliance Reports in accordance with the pre-determined weekly Plan.
Modify the production plan and communicate it with the involved parties.
Prepares all kinds of needed reports.
To Develop, implement and review the department operational control procedures.
Handle and finalize any task requested by the direct manager.
Job Category
Bachelor degree in Supply chain or Logistics or Statistics or Engineering.
MBA is a plus
2-Ideal Experience/ Exposure:
From 1 to 3 years' experience in Electrical company or FMCG
3-Foreign langue’s:
Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
4. Computer proficiency:
MS office applications is a must.
Knowledge of SAP System is a must.
5.Training/ Professional certificates:
APICS CPIM is a plus
APICS CSCP is a plus
