• Answer all questions and address all concerns that stockholders may have
• Help stallholders be sure of which product is the right choice for them
• Demonstrate product target and focus accurately and completely

• Work cooperatively with the rest of the team

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred
• Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
• Command of the English language, bilingual is a plus
• Strong work ethic, self motivated
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
