Job Description
Job Purpose:
To supervise machining and assembly operations in the workshop, ensure high-quality output, support team development, and track daily progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily machining and assembly activities in the production workshop.
Assign tasks to workers and explain work procedures.
Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure quality standards are met in all production processes.
Evaluate team members’ performance.
Identify and request required tools and materials for production.
Train workers to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (Mechanical – Production).
At least 2 years of experience in metal machining and workshop operations.
Solid knowledge of workshop machines and their applications.
Proficient in using computers.
Good English language skills.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD for technical drawings.
الغرض من الوظيفة:
الإشراف على عمليات التشغيل والتجميع داخل ورشة الإنتاج، وضمان جودة المخرجات، والمساهمة في تطوير أداء الفريق، ومتابعة التقدم اليومي للعمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف على أنشطة التشغيل والتجميع اليومية داخل ورشة الإنتاج.
توزيع المهام على العاملين وشرح إجراءات العمل لهم.
متابعة سير العمل لضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد.
التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة في جميع عمليات الإنتاج.
تقييم أداء العاملين في القسم.
تحديد وطلب الأدوات والخامات اللازمة للعمل.
تدريب العاملين لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الأخطاء.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير يومية وأسبوعية عن الأداء ومعدلات الإنجاز.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
بكالوريوس في هندسة الإنتاج (هندسة ميكانيكا – إنتاج).
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل المعادن والعمل داخل الورش.
معرفة جيدة بأنواع ماكينات الورش وتطبيقاتها.
إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
اجادة الرسم أتوكاد .
