Setting Quality standards.
Making sure products are flaws free
Ensuring the highest quality in the final product
Performing analysis and periodic reporting
Providing recommendations
Designing improvement plans and ensuring efficient implementation.
Following up on process implementation and ensuring proper outcome.
Communication with stake holders to ensure proper omplementation successful outcome
