Ensures tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of details, including full and accurate costs.
Provides any necessary technical supports to sales team during technical meeting with customers.
Collaborate with the engineering department to coordinate any required clarification or configuration about the panel assembly or any advanced technical requirements.
Collects and creates full project submitter documents that will be required by the end customer or the consultants.
Ensures submitting quotation to be fully compliant with the customer specification and drawings and submits a deviation sheets/statements in case of non complaints
