Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the overall quality level of our teachers and students
Job Description:
============
• Training and evaluating new Quran teachers on the academy’s teaching methodology and processes.
• Monitoring teachers and students performance in their sessions
• Creating daily reports on the quality of both students/teachers in attended sessions
• One on one coaching of teachers on how to improve performance in the classroom
• Responding to questions related to tajweed asked by teachers
• Reviewing and approving all new material and content before use in a classroom
• Reporting to management in case of severe problems with the performance of teachers or students
• Communicating with students to survey level of satisfaction with our services regarding educational quality
• Providing online lessons to teachers in groups to improve their performance or increase their knowledge
• Maintaining a strong online connection at all times during working hours

• Excellent knowledge of theoretical and practical tajweed (no Ijaza is required)
• Working 7 hours per day
• Very good knowledge of the English language (with a focus on reading and writing)
• Very good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
