Job Description
Managing the Sales team and monitor their performance.
_Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department.
_Setting targets for the team and achieving them.
Set weekly, monthly and yearly goals for the team to achieve.
_Generate plans to enhance performance and productive of sales team.
_Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
_Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
_Supervise sales team and handle the cycle of complains or requests by customers.
_Attend Manage sales exhibitions and events to promote company image and expand company network.
_Review journals and websites to be up to date with the market and participate in meetings and seminars
_Prepare monthly reports to the CEO & Chairman
