Maintains proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones.
Controls the job flow inside the workshop.
Conducts regular TSM Checklist evaluation.
Ensures that customer’s vehicles are fixed right 1st time by implementing the set quality procedures.
Ensures that customer vehicles are not damaged during repairs.
Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable.
Ensures High Quality of Vehicle Washing Prior to the Vehicle Delivery.
Ensures that repairs are carried out as per request within promised delivery time & estimated cost.
Ensures that other standards of Customer Satisfaction are met perfectly.
Ensures chief technicians are following quality control policy & procedures & is fully responsible for total service quality.
Ensures technicians are distributed in-groups as per skill requirements.
Ensures the computerized & analysis reports are utilized for Follow-up with a technician to ensure the delivery in the promised time.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering 2 years experience in the same field.
Very good command in the English language.
