Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Meet department Managers to develop specific recruitment plans.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, attending career fairs, contacting recruiters and using social media & job sites.
• Search, screen and select CVs. according to the applicant requirements.
• Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
• Responsible for employee hiring processes by ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed also bank form, claim form 1 & claim form 111.
• Create fingerprint for new employees to be aligned with attendance system.
• Present orientation sessions to the new employees.
• Process transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Conduct exit interviews to prepare statistic reports and help in reducing turnover.
