Job Description
Greeting and directing customers
Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
Dealing with all Online channels (Souq-Jumia- Etc )
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Deliver retail and customer service activities within to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the Online retail & Stock manager
• Develop and manage the Online Shop whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.
Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority. Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and returned items.
Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels •
Transfer digital media, such as Picture, or software, to customers via the Internet.
