Job Description
1. Develops overall work plans and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility, supervises functional area supervisors as assigned. Including crises and evacuation plans
2. Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
3. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
4. Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
5. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
6. Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
7. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
8. Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
9. Risk Assessment: Responsible for the compliance with all relevant regulatory and company requirements monitor compliance with the Project EHS Plan and all other applicable rules and regulations, compile and update Project Risk Assessment monitor the effectiveness of the site related rules defined in the Project EHS Plan, revise as necessary EHS plan and take appropriate actions in the event of non-compliance
10. Deep ability to observe or monitor people's behavior to assess patient condition
11. Excellent ability to communicate orally with customers, clients or the public in face-to-face one-on-one settings
12. Accident Investigations. Conducting an investigation to determine why the accident happened. Also ask question witnesses, inspect the accident scene and take pictures of any property damage, and determines the cause of the accident, wrote a report detailing the cause and provides recommendations that can help prevent future accidents
13. Emergency response plan: Responsible to put and carry out emergency evacuation procedures when there is a hazard within a building such as a fire or chemical spill, all employees should be evacuated or reloca

1. He shall hold a Bachelor degree of Engineering.
