Job Description
_Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients.
_Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
_Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone, though E-mails
_Performing the full cycle of the sales process (Looking for sales leads, Making presentations, Studying the customer needs.
_Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business. Introduce company products and services to clients.
_Prepare customer quotations.
_Following up on customers' requests; Ensure our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal. Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
_Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy. _Expanding the Company's customer base.
_Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
