- Maintaining and developing a trusted, long-lasting relationship with clients; operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the them.
- Visiting clients to convince them with our products; achieving and working in alignment to company’s sales target.
- Following-up with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all the required products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Implementing the processes of selling and collecting debt and customer invoices in the payment schedules established for each client according to company policy and objectives.
- Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve them; and whenever required escalating them.
- Identifying the market variables & opportunities through knowledge of corporate products
- Marketing the company’s products to increase the company’s portfolio
- Communicating clearly the progress of his monthly / quarterly initiatives.
- Assisting in planning sales forecast for coming years.

- Experience: 5 - 7 Years in Sales context preferable in the same company’s field or selling Chemicals/Cosmetics.
- Presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to connect with diversified people.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Negotiation & analytical Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English Language accompanied with professional use of Ms Office.
- Owning a car.
