Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.
Provide accurate information (product features, pricing, dimensions etc...) .
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale .
Answer customers’ questions about specific products.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails .
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy .
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the showroom manager & entering figures into a computer system (SAP system) .
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations .

• Preferable previous experience in retail field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Very good in Microsoft Office.
