Creating sales revenue from new and existing customers and maximizing revenue generation within a specific key region. This includes accurately forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing sales strategy, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
In this position you will be responsible for sales methodology and managing the account throughout the sales process including account penetration, sales process planning, negotiation, and closing; working with marketing, sales support, and other key departments within the company.

Prominent designs which fascinated the customers and urged us to continue and develop were issued from the Metawee headquarters in Nasr City. Consequently, the volume of our project and employment has increased. Thus, we have expanded our Headquarters and opened a new office in the “Fifth Settlement” to be in the center of our workplace. After the success of our residential projects in this district, including, Life Home with its phases, Life Home 1 and Grand Class, handed over between 2012 and 2014, we launched “La Vida” residential project in New Heliopolis in the mid of 2014. With these projects we are targeting young people who are about to marry by offering them special prices and affordable payment methods. As such, we in “La Vida” have achieved the difficult equation by providing an integrated services compound with affordable prices for young people. We have also recently launched the two projects of “Sky View” and “Sky View Premier” in the “Fifth Settlement”. Both projects are remarkable for being established on high level lands which provides the clear sky view and the beautiful scene.
