Job Description
Recruiting new candidates to build full structure team
•Managing sales team
•Reviewing and monitoring Units daily activities and achievements.
•Manage and develop portfolio in order to maximize production from new and
renewal business and achieve agreed business targets
•Take timely action to ensure targets are met and/or performance issues are effectively addressed
•Arrange weekly meeting with whole team to discuss targets and achieving and required support for the team and new strategies.
•Arrange team member one to one meeting for personal development and individual business problems.
•High lighting week points and make an action plans to over come
•Following company vision and strategy and arrange team work shop to stuck for them
•Following KPI’s Indicators ( productivity , turnover , manpower , Average premium)
