_Interact to customer`s inquires and transfer them to the most appropriate department.
_Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
_Educating clients in the use of platforms, systems and trading processes.
_Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence them
_Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and prices.

_Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
_Shift: 9 am to 5 pm.
Friday & Saturday OFF.

_Graduates only.
_Good Command of English Language.
_Computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel.
_Customer service experience is a plus.
_Previous experience in real estate, tourism, or stock market is a MUST
_Enthusiastic and Energetic.
